"Kunimitsu, also known as "The Cat Devil", was a former member of the Manji clan of ninja bandits led by Yoshimitsu. She lost her Japanese identity when she joined the group to maintain her anonymity. Upon joining, she was taught the skills of the stealth knife and Manji-style ninjutsu. She stayed with the group for a few months, until a series of petty thefts from the band's funds led to her dismissal. At a loose end, she decided to train as a mechanic mending air conditioners."

My second-favourite character for the Tekken series.. It's a shame Namco replaced her with the 'cooler' ninja, Raven. I can only hope she returns in Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Hey, it's Kunimitsu! It's been a long time since I saw new fanart of her.

I think you chose and excellent sketch to colour; this isn't just one of theose pieces where someone spent a few minutes blobbing on colour and adding a few rushed black and white highlights and tones. You've really done well here, the background blends well (she doesn't seem to "pop out" like some characters do against a background).

I must ask though, is the background a photo manipulation or is it painted? If that is a photo manipulation, you pulled it off well; and if it's painted, you did an amazing job there too! The peachy haze that could be dawn or sunset compliments Kunimitsu; and it's good to see you matched the highlights on her sin and clothes it (I think that is one of the element which bonds the character and the background so well).

The linear cleaned up well, I won't critique you about anatomy as you didn't draw it, so the only improvements I can possibly suggest would be to sharpen the statue's ears if you could (just a little). It seems a bit too much erased.

Great work, you did the original sketch real justice, it turned out beautiful.

I never actually heard of "Raven" from Tekken in honesty, my two favorite Ninja are Yoshimitsu and Kunimitsu, and this versionwith the half fox mask is really stnning.

It blows my mind why they keep refusing to put her back in the roster; I personally like her better than Yoshi and Raven. Since her cameo in SFxTK I have some hope for her in Tekken Tag 2 or TKxSF.
